Emil Holub's life journey began in Holice in Eastern Bohemia, a few kilometers from Pardubice. But this time we went to the traveller, inextricably linked to Africa, with the microphone of the talk show "On the Roads" just a short distance from another place where Emil Holub lived.

We went to the district of Louny to see the Africanist Maria Imbrova, where the Holub's family moved to Patek nad Ohri in 1857. Article Title: THE TENGENENGE FRIENDS CLUB BALANCES

Louny (mi, caj) For more than ten years, this small non-profit Club has been helping children and women in Tengenenge, a unique sculpture village in Zimbabwe. It supports children in school and motivates women to expand sales offers by making decorations or raising hens.

Since the beginning of its founding, the Club has had its headquarters in Cernochov near Louny, at the address of the Club's founder, the Africanist Marie Imbrova. Not surprisingly, the members of the Club are family members and friends. Most of them were already in Tengenenge and Marie Imbrova returns there regularly. She made her last trip in the first half of December last year. And this time she was accompanied by two members of the Club, Hana Krpesova and Ondrej Homolka ...
